Jivamukti Yoga (Vinyasa flow) is physically and mentally challenging, intensive, and inspiring. The flowing vinyasa sequences are supported by music. In addition to the asanas, attention is paid to pranayama, breath, Yoga philosophy, bhakti and chanting is a regular part of the lesson. We always end the lesson with relaxation and meditation.
