Slow Hatha Yoga

Slow Hatha, especially for people who want or need to slow down.

Calm poses supported by the breath. The postures are adopted in a conscious, relaxed and responsibly manner. The body is supported where necessary with a pillow, blanket or bench. Breathwork is an essential part of this lesson in order to consciously return home to your body. The classes are concluded with a relaxation exercise lying down or a short sitting meditation.

You are most welcome to join a Slow Hatha Yoga class on Tuesday or Friday mornings from 11am to 12:15pm. Register via the class schedule.
