From the tradition of one of the oldest institutes in the world, Kaivalyadham in India, this “traditional class” invites you to pay attention to the relationship between doing and feeling, effort and relaxation. Through breathing exercises, silence, moving slowly in and out of the poses, and an alternation of more intense and mild poses, you can be more present with all aspects of yourself. After class you will feel vital and relaxed, while getting to know and appreciate yourself a little better.
