No complicated yoga postures, but movements and shapes that are relatively small, simple and short-lived. I invite to experience your body in the here and now. No physical touch for correction, no must and no striving. I create a safe environment in which you can relax for a while, away from triggers, away from worrying. Welcome to soothing gentle and restorative movement.
Afterwards, everyone is welcome to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea with something delicious in our living room. Making something to eat together is also an option. We will also look together to see if we can also care for the children at the same time. Maybe they like to play together and maybe they like to stay close.
