Pilates

Why pilates?  I found in this method for myself the restoration of my muscle imbalance by slow performance of movements, lengthening away from the strong center, as well as relieving tension in the body and mind by constantly awareness of how I am moving, breath, focusing on every movement that is made. it’s been helping me as a dancer to keep body in shape and make my fit back after a break.

The pilates method was invented by Joseph Pilates and he approached it precisely as a way to harmonize and unite body, mind and spirit.

The pilates makes body really coordinated by means of deep muscles. With regular exercise it can change the shape.
